Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect age-appropriate clinical services for substance use and psychiatric services
Conduct crisis and intake assessments
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
Develop and modify treatment plans
Participate in clinical team meetings
Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
Make referrals to community resources as needed
Required Qualifications
Master's degree
Connecticut licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) OR Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
