We’re hiring an RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations on an assigned unit. This role combines clinical leadership with staff supervision to ensure excellent resident care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support nursing staff on the unit.
Ensure resident care plans are followed and updated.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.

Requirements:
Active RN license in NH (or compact state).
2+ years of nursing experience; leadership preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Completion bonus: $500
