Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment goals
Conduct and modify evaluations based on patients' symptoms and medical status
Administer therapeutic exercises and physical agents to relieve pain
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Document patient care accurately in accordance with insurance guidelines
Supervise at least one affiliated student per year
Participate in continuing education and departmental in-service programs
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based programs
Preferred Qualifications
Basic keyboarding skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Reliable transportation for travel between multiple work sites
