Key Responsibilities
Help individuals with personal hygiene
Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Develop meaningful relationships with participants
Assist participants in community engagement and their favorite activities
Support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
