Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Part-Time Rental Car Customer Service Representative and enjoy great pay and paid training. This outdoor role involves assisting customers in the rental process while providing excellent service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Provide excellent customer service at exit gates and during car check-in
Required Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
