The Custodial Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations across multiple buildings, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on quality control, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement while leading a team of managers and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings
Control supplies, equipment, and personnel to meet customer specifications
Interact with customers daily for feedback
Manage quality control monitoring and safety programs
Conduct quality of service inspections
Develop operational improvement plans
Analyze and manage financial and operational performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a service/customer-oriented environment
Experience in cost estimating/pricing work
Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
