Key Responsibilities
Implement counseling/therapy for assigned patients in individual and group settings
Interview and assess patients and/or their families
Determine and arrange needed services/interventions
Assist with discharge planning and processes
Utilize appropriate teaching methods to meet patient/family educational needs
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree
State licensure as LPC-C, MFT-C, SWC, or LSW
Relevant life support certification
