Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with consumer escalations and phone support as needed
  • Support training initiatives and coaching of agents
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and Supervisors to improve performance
  • Drive sales, compliance, and customer experience standards
  • Monitor agents and provide feedback through various methods
  • Complete daily call reviews and coaching

Required Qualifications

  • Health Insurance License
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Experience as a mentor, trainer or acting supervisor
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
