Key Responsibilities
Assist with consumer escalations and phone support as needed
Support training initiatives and coaching of agents
Collaborate with Operations Manager and Supervisors to improve performance
Drive sales, compliance, and customer experience standards
Monitor agents and provide feedback through various methods
Complete daily call reviews and coaching
Required Qualifications
Health Insurance License
Previous call center experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
College degree
Experience as a mentor, trainer or acting supervisor
Experience with Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
