Job Description
Join Walgreens as a Pharmacy Manager, where you'll lead pharmacy operations, enhance patient services, and manage a dedicated team to improve healthcare outcomes in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee pharmacy operations including dispensing medications and managing staff
Ensure regulatory compliance and enhance patient services
Maintain pharmacy financial performance and manage inventory
Counsel patients regarding medication usage and interactions
Manage pharmacy staff performance and training
Required Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling and pharmacy operations
