Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Senior Analyst, where you will lead payroll transformation initiatives, ensure compliance, and enhance payroll operations. Key Responsibilities
Ownership of policies and practices related to multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Managing the multi-state tax equalization process
Auditing monthly employee records for proper payroll setup
Providing support for mobility-related payroll functions for U.S.-based expatriates
Planning and coordinating transformation process-related activities
Managing day-to-day escalations and acting as a business partner
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.) including report writing tools
Experience in system/operational transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.)
Working knowledge of international mobility rules and regulations
Working knowledge of multi-state payroll taxation rules and regulations
