Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients based on departmental standards
Conduct and modify evaluations to establish individualized goals
Treat patients with therapeutic exercises and manual techniques
Educate patients/families on home exercise programs
Document treatment in accordance with insurance guidelines
Supervise at least one affiliated student per year
Participate in continuing education and community in-services
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows programs
Reliable transportation for travel between multiple work sites
Preferred Qualifications
Basic keyboarding skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
