Job Description
Join Kaiser as a Clinical Program Manager I, where you'll coordinate and enhance psychotherapy programs for diverse patient groups. Lead a talented team in delivering high-quality, integrated behavioral health services while ensuring compliance with organizational goals. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery of high quality services/programs for assigned site
Ensure continuity of care and appropriate resource utilization
Assist in planning psychotherapeutic programs/services
Maintain professional practice standards for therapeutic modalities
Evaluate clinical practice of staff and provide training and supervision
Integrate psychiatric/addiction medicine programs with other departments
Develop systems for continuous improvement of treatment modalities
Conduct performance evaluations of professional staff
Hire, train, coach, and manage professional staff
Required Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
Minimum one (1) year of experience managing/supervising clinical mental health programs
Masters degree in a mental health-related field
California Registered Nurse License OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Psychologist License OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
