Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services to patients requiring behavioral health intervention
  • Conduct crisis triage and assessment
  • Perform individual and family intervention
  • Manage case management and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with community resources and insurance verification

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health field
  • Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent
  • Certification in PMT de-escalation techniques within 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of abuse and neglect reporting mandates
  • Experience with Managed Care Organizations
