Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance and strategies to help individuals live well
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Assist with personal hygiene
Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
Foster meaningful relationships with participants
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
