Key Responsibilities
Visit customers’ homes to solve problems and introduce smart home technology
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services
Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional demeanor
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
Schedule Flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit
Customer Focus to build trust and create great experiences
Problem-Solving skills to tackle challenges on the spot
Determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions
