Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support or assistance according to individual service or program plans
Assist with socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill development
Document progress and activity accurately
Maintain professional relationships with individuals and their families
Report any instances of alleged abuse or neglect
May accompany individuals to medical appointments and administer medications if assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver's license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
Six months of experience in human services preferred
