HumanEdge Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

• Provide therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely

Requirements

• Active SLP license in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)

• Minimum of 1 year of SLP experience, with SNF experience preferred

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
