Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing MIL-STD-1472 compliant Human Factors programs
Performing Human Factors Program tasks and analyses
Working across integrated product teams to eliminate hazards
Coordinating with customer human factors representatives
Collaborating with Program Management and government authorities
Performing Human Factors planning, hazard analyses and design analyses
Briefing human factors considerations at technical reviews
Required Qualifications
Experience with DoD Human Factors Programs e.g. MIL-STD-1472
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
Minimum 5 years of relevant Human Systems Integration, Human Factors Engineering or Safety Engineering experience
Experience developing, implementing, and/or performing Human Engineering Program Plans
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Engineering Change Proposals
Experience with digital human modeling analysis
Experience with Human Factors requirements analysis
Experience interfacing with System Safety Engineering
Experience with User Interface and developing wireframes
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
