Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Special Education Teacher Aide and make a lasting impact on K–12 students in Minneapolis–Saint Paul. Assist teachers in supporting students with special needs, helping them reach their full potential while developing critical skills and building meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to engage students
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with special needs children
