Job Description
Join Truck World, Inc. as an Assistant Manager to oversee retail operations, motivate a sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on managing budgets and inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees staff and fulfills staffing needs for regular hours and special events
Maintains and motivates a positive sales team
Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts
Addresses customer needs and resolves issues
Plans, organizes, and coordinates sales, marketing, and budgeting
Develops, oversees, and maximizes retail budget and product inventory
Ensures inventory data is correct
Collaborates with upper management on advertising and hiring strategies
Uses company software for research and analysis
Ensures the store looks clean and inviting
Places and rotates merchandise effectively
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Organized with attention to detail
Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to develop and maintain budgets
