Job Description
Join Kaiser as a Behavioral Health Psychologist in the Women's Clinic, where you will provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to a diverse patient population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create impactful treatment programs and offer compassionate care to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate clinical treatment programs
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
Conduct psychological assessments and prepare case summaries
Collaborate with physicians on psychotropic medication evaluations
Supervise psychology trainees and interns
Report safety concerns to mandated agencies
Required Qualifications
PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology
Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of hire
National Provider Identifier required at hire
Familiarity with DSM-V
Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric conditions
Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy research methods
Competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous clinical responsibility in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy
Experience in psychological evaluations of various demographics
Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity
Ability to complete multiple tasks/objectives in a timely manner
