Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares, seasons, and cooks various foods for cafeteria or patient rooms
  • Follows standardized recipes and production procedures
  • Ensures food quality and temperature standards are met
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas
  • Documents food preparation and labeling correctly
  • Participates in job-related training and education
  • Assists with stocking and ordering as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Less than one year of previous job-related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
  • Culinary training from culinary school or experience in an institutional setting
