Job Description
Join Essentia Health as an Occupational Therapist, where you'll provide essential therapy services to patients of all ages, helping them achieve their highest possible level of function and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Provides therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment, patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full caseload of patients
Handles all ancillary/administrative requirements for patients, including documentation, billing, and scheduling management
Demonstrates appropriate communication, professionalism, and supervision of support staff
Complies with organization code of conduct and professional ethics
Works flexibly in departments with the highest patient need
Provides staff education and participates in departmental committees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist
