Location: Clarksville, TN

Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Call: None

Unit Details:

• Outpatient PT clinic with occasional coverage of acute care treatments as needed

• EMR: Redoc for outpatient documentation, Cerner for acute care

• Patient Ratio: 1 patient every 45 minutes

Requirements:

• Current Tennessee PTA license

• CPR certification

• 1–2 years of outpatient PT experience

Scope of Role:

• Treat patients in outpatient setting

• Cover acute care treatments as needed for schedule gaps or cancellations
