Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline
Minimum of 5 years of packaging/assembly experience in the semiconductor field
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Expert experience with manual and auto wire/ribbon bonders
Experience in die attachment and solder reflow
Experience with automated die and SMT component placement tools
Experience in RF field and Printed Wiring Board design
Basic machine interface programming skills
