Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule and supervise assigned staff in individual treatment plans
Conduct sensory processing evaluations and clinical assessments
Develop and implement treatment techniques and programs
Promote community integration
Ensure person-centered assessment and treatment
Collaborate with primary Case Holder for Individual Plan of Service
Document progress notes and treatment reports
Monitor individual progress and maintain treatment records
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Order specific treatment supplies and equipment
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and OT students
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
