Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in healthcare
California Registered Nurse License
Preferred Qualifications
Substantial inpatient leadership experience in major medical center
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated skills in daily operations and budgetary management
Familiarity with computer systems and PDSA cycles
