Job Description
Join SharkNinja as the Senior Vice President of Product Development, where you'll lead a cross-functional team to deliver innovative, consumer-driven products. This role offers the opportunity to shape the product roadmap and drive significant growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the product development business for a product category to ensure growth
Lead and manage team members to ensure product success and support their professional advancement
Identify emerging trends and consumer preferences to guide innovation
Steer the development of design targets for product performance and user experience
Partner with Consumer Insights to develop testing objectives and implement feedback
Manage product cost structure and collaborate with supply chain teams
Provide direction for go-to-market collateral and product troubleshooting materials
Act as the product and/or category expert for cross-functional team inquiries
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field
8-10+ years of experience leading product development at the executive leadership level
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering or a combination of the above
Experience hiring, managing, leading, and elevating performance with team members
Strong project management skills
Ability to effectively communicate for impact
