The Field Reimbursement Manager will educate healthcare providers on prior authorization and appeals processes while collaborating with various partners to enhance patient access. This pivotal role supports the client’s HUB and offers additional resources to improve healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Educate healthcare providers and staff on prior authorization and appeals processes
Guide HCPs through the referral process to the client’s HUB
Identify additional accounts needing education
Understand reimbursement issues across various healthcare systems
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience in reimbursement and patient access
Strong knowledge and understanding of payer reimbursement models
Ability to maintain compliance with program business rules and guidelines
Passionate about learning and able to communicate that passion
