Job Description
Join our team as an Audiologist in Honolulu, HI, where you will provide critical care to service members by assessing and diagnosing hearing issues. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of life for those who have served our country.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and interpret tests to determine hearing impairment
Evaluate test results and medical records to determine causes of hearing loss
Conduct otoscopic examinations and calibration checks of audiometric equipment
Lead paraprofessional staff training in Audiology specific skills
Required Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au. D)
5+ years of clinic practice experience
Currently licensed Audiologist in state employed
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Compensation and Pension Examination
Experience with hearing conservation programs and/or noise conservation programs
