Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the facility

  • Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program
  • Manage communication and documentation within the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state
