Hourly Pay Range:
$00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Phlebotomist II Outpatient
Elmhurst Hospital-Center for Health, 172 Schiller Street, Elmhurst and 130 S. Part Time: 0.Hours: Rotating shifts 7am-11am or 8am -12pm; Includes every other Saturday and rotating Sundays and holidays.
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures prepares, collects, logs and labels specimens for testing.
Registers patient information and orders laboratory tests in the computer system.
High School Diploma or GED or higher
Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance
Completion of a phlebotomy training program including 100 hours of on-site clinical site training
Phlebotomy certification, preferred
