About the Role:

We are seeking a resourceful and detail-driven Data Mining Specialist to power our lead generation and sales intelligence efforts. This role is crucial to identifying and sourcing high-value prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to utilize data scraping techniques and automation to target niche segments with high precision, and will play a key role in building data pipelines, automating CRM workflows, and enabling our outreach strategy with clean, targeted data. This person will work on-site at our corporate office alongside our CEO and sales team in Brentwood, TN. They must currently reside in the surrounding Nashville, TN area.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with scraping data from websites such as LinkedIn, using tools, browser extensions, or custom methods to extract accurate contact and company information.
  • Demonstrated success in data mining specifically for lead generation-must show experience in building and qualifying targeted lists for outbound outreach or sales campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, web scraping tools, and/or browser-based scrapers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Pipedrive, including managing company/contact records and importing data at scale.
  • Familiarity with using ChatGPT or other AI tools to support lead generation and data enrichment tasks.
  • Experience building automation workflows to streamline data entry into CRMs.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple data tasks, and prioritize based on sales goals or segment value.
  • Solid documentation habits and comfort maintaining repeatable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify qualified accounts in the necessary lines of business that they are tasked with
  • Build segmented, high-quality contact lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, scraping tools, and custom web scripts.
  • Scrape and extract targeted data from websites, directories, and relevant online sources with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Use automation tools to clean, enrich, and import data directly into Pipedrive, keeping the sales pipeline accurate and actionable.
  • Create, organize, and update records within Pipedrive to ensure sales teams have access to usable, current information.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure data aligns with campaign targeting and outreach strategies.
  • Document data mining, scraping, and import processes for consistent reuse and improvement.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $60,000 annually
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $2,500 per quarter based on clear milestones
