A minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy practice (drug utilization, drug information). Current NJ Pharmacy license and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy required. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Every 3rd weekend required Sat/Sun
