Key Responsibilities
Evaluate hardware designs, subsystems, and components
Architect new electronic systems
Develop and document subsystem requirements and test plans
Conduct peer reviews of designs as a subject matter expert
Present findings to peers, management, and government customers
Perform root-cause failure investigations
Mentor junior engineers
Support multiple programs and collaborate with various teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience with electrical hardware development
Experience in developing RF electrical subsystems
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with missile radar and RF seeker subsystems
Background in detailed design and troubleshooting of RF components
Experience working with missiles or similar systems
Knowledge of mixed signal electronics
Ability to manage cross-functional teams
Knowledge of DOD Hardware development process
Knowledge of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
