Key Responsibilities
Monitor sales queue to achieve revenue-based quota
Manage customer engagements via chat, phone, and email
Provide accurate sales forecasts
Maintain product knowledge and understanding of services
Assist customers in resolving issues
Maintain customer data in CRM
Identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a closing sales role
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience in high-volume calling
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Ability to commute to Nashville, TN office daily
