Job Description

Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Territory Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in Philadelphia, PA. In this remote role, you'll leverage your sales experience to build strategies, engage with customers, and exceed targets while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Seek continuous improvement
  • Positively impact team culture
  • Work with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory (approximately 50%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
