Key Responsibilities
Deliver pediatric rehabilitation services to children from birth to 18 years old
Conduct evaluations and develop individual treatment plans
Implement treatment programs and reassess treatment results
Participate in discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Washington Occupational Therapist License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Neonatal patients in an occupational therapist role
Experience with Neonatal patients in a physical therapist role
