Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Experience working with children and families
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
