Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager, where you'll support adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence. In this role, you will manage program administration, assist clients with applications, and ensure accurate data tracking to promote effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform program administrative and operational tasks
Enter and maintain client data in internal systems
Assist clients with entitlement applications and follow up
Coordinate with various departments for office management and fiscal duties
Track program spending and alert management of discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
A minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs, preferably in Supportive Housing
Ability to use electronic systems for tracking data and outcomes
