Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite day-to-day supervision of testing personnel
  • Perform laboratory procedures and reporting of test results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to laboratory staff
  • Continuous improvement of lab processes and procedures
  • Implement new equipment and testing processes

Required Qualifications

  • National certification as Generalist MT/MLS with ASCP, AAB, or AMT
  • Supervisor license issued by the state of Florida or eligible to apply for one
  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, or Biological Science
  • Five years of clinical laboratory experience
  • Two years of management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • National certification as SBB(ASCP), MB or SMB(ASCP), SCYM(ASCP), CHT or CHS(ACHI), CABP(AABB)
