Mentor and guide Store Specialists
Ensure store appearance and operations meet high standards
Analyze store performance and provide feedback
Provide exceptional customer support and education
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years in sales and customer service
Currently in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experience
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Basic math skills
Flexibility to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
