Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and guests using AIDET to provide excellent patient service
Perform patient registration and update demographics and insurance information
Utilize technology to assist patients and manage appointments
Collect co-pays and manage cash drawer
Document patient outreach and communications in a timely manner
Maintain knowledge of regulatory standards and uphold ethical conduct
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, medical insurance pre-certifications, authorizations and referrals
Preferred Qualifications
One year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility
Demonstrated performance of excellent customer service skills
