Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly and year-end provisions and US international calculations
  • Ensure company’s foreign and U.S. international tax compliance
  • Prepare and submit various tax forms and disclosure statements
  • Perform tax account reconciliations and remit estimated payments
  • Assist with tax compliance for various foreign jurisdictions
  • Assist with transfer pricing calculations and documentation
  • Support M&A and tax planning by modeling impacts of tax legislation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 2 years of professional experience in a publicly traded corporation or a large public accounting firm
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CorpTax software
  • Experience conducting tax research using BNA, RIA, and other published sources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Accounting or Taxation
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a publicly traded corporation or a large public accounting firm
  • CPA credential
  • Experience with Oracle, HFM, and Alteryx
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
