Key Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly and year-end provisions and US international calculations
Ensure company’s foreign and U.S. international tax compliance
Prepare and submit various tax forms and disclosure statements
Perform tax account reconciliations and remit estimated payments
Assist with tax compliance for various foreign jurisdictions
Assist with transfer pricing calculations and documentation
Support M&A and tax planning by modeling impacts of tax legislation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
2 years of professional experience in a publicly traded corporation or a large public accounting firm
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CorpTax software
Experience conducting tax research using BNA, RIA, and other published sources
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Accounting or Taxation
4+ years of professional experience in a publicly traded corporation or a large public accounting firm
CPA credential
Experience with Oracle, HFM, and Alteryx
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
