We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Travel RN with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing patients with a variety of medical conditions requiring close cardiac monitoring and skilled nursing interventions.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Document patient care accurately and timely manner using the facility’s electronic medical record system
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac monitors and telemetry strips
• Current BLS certification ; ACLS preferred or may be required depending on the facility
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
