Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service for customers’ retirement savings accounts
  • Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes
  • Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
  • Process general account changes upon customer direction
  • Train to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses

Required Qualifications

  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week outside of traditional business hours
  • Associates degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience OR two or more years of customer service experience
  • Capability to work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Financial Services or call center experience
  • FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
  • Passion for providing quality customer service
  • Desire to engage with customers over the phone
  • Ability to adapt communication style
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn financial industry policies
