Job Description
Join Panera Bread as a General Manager, where you will lead a high-performing team in a beloved bakery-cafe. You'll oversee operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and create a thriving environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the bakery-cafe team
Plan and manage staffing needs and scheduling
Hire, onboard, and train new team members
Ensure operational and quality standards are met
Build relationships with guests to ensure loyalty
Maintain a healthy and safe workplace
Manage costs and inventory
Required Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years
3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience
ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen
Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others
Preferred Qualifications
