As a General Manager at Crash Champions, you will lead a team to ensure high-quality collision repair services while meeting revenue goals and KPIs. You'll manage shop operations, support your team, and drive performance in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs
Manage shop workflow from vehicle intake to delivery
Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
Complete payroll and manage staffing efficiently
Communicate daily production flow with team
Write and lock final estimates as needed
Coach and develop team members
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE)
Proficient with Computers and technology
Valid driver's license
