Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Social Worker and make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families. You'll provide clinical services in a trauma-informed, culturally affirming environment, addressing mental health challenges for diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychosocial assessments
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
Provide individual, group, family, and crisis services/interventions
Liaise with families, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care
Maintain documentation according to standards and time frames
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work
New York State License or limited permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or social work (LMSW)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience treating children or adolescents
Fluency in a second language
