Join our Monte Nido team as a part-time QMHP Group Facilitator, where you'll lead group sessions for adolescents in a residential eating disorder program. Create a supportive environment that fosters personal development and emotional sharing among clients, helping them on their journey to recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate group sessions
Facilitate interaction between group members
Maintain awareness of individual client's needs
Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings
Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status
Follow the format and requirements within the program
Ensure that all documentation related to the provision of direct patient services is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures and state standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, interns, management and other professional colleagues
Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations
Required Qualifications
Actively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
QMHP certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
