Job Description

Join our Monte Nido team as a part-time QMHP Group Facilitator, where you'll lead group sessions for adolescents in a residential eating disorder program. Create a supportive environment that fosters personal development and emotional sharing among clients, helping them on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group sessions
  • Facilitate interaction between group members
  • Maintain awareness of individual client's needs
  • Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings
  • Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status
  • Follow the format and requirements within the program
  • Ensure that all documentation related to the provision of direct patient services is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures and state standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, interns, management and other professional colleagues
  • Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations

Required Qualifications

  • Actively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
  • QMHP certification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  • Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
